Health and Safety Training - All Health and Safety training is awareness only training and is not associated to any official body or government services. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. All training must be paid in full prior to the trainer attending. Training refunds are available as follows: Notice of cancellation of 14 days or more - Full Refund, Notice of Cancellation for 13 days - 7 days 50% Refund and Less than 15 days notice the fee will be non refundable.

Consultancy Works must be paid within 30 days of order being placed. Order’s must be placed via purchase order or written instruction t proceed. Maximum Contract term of Consultancy Work will be 1 Month from date of instruction to proceed. Consultancy will be based on your premises for 3 days out of a standard working week of Mon-Fri and will not include any weekends or public bank holidays.

Care Packages must be paid for each month on a date agreed by both parties and will be for a minimum contracted term length of 12 months. Failure to make payments for any services will be considered a breach of terms and will be forwarded to SHEQ-it-OUT Ltd’s legal team to which further costs may be incurred.
